Problems and suggestions
- A problem: something does not work, a paper prints wrongly, a PDF looks different from the preview, or your Urdu text does not show correctly. Describe what you did and what happened.
- A suggestion: a question type, a header field or a layout you would like. Say what you need it for, which helps us decide how to add it.
- A mistake on a page: a wrong statement, a broken link or unclear wording in a guide.
- Privacy and cookies: questions about what the site stores. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are the written answer.
We read every message. We cannot promise that every suggestion will be built.
What to include in a problem report
- the page you were on;
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows;
- what you did, step by step;
- what you expected, and what happened instead;
- the paper size, language and layout you had chosen, if it is about printing or Urdu.
Please do not send exam papers that are not yet public, or any private student information. If an example is needed, make a small test paper with made-up questions.
Before you write
The how to use page shows each step, and the FAQ on the home page answers common questions about saving, printing and languages. Remember that papers are saved only in your own browser, so we cannot recover a paper that was deleted from it.
