Terms of Service

The service
Paper Desk is a free website for building and printing test and exam papers. It is offered as it is, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content and your responsibility
The questions, text and pictures in your papers are yours. Paper Desk does not supply questions and does not receive your papers. You are responsible for the content of the papers you make and for having the right to use everything you paste into them, including questions, passages, pictures and diagrams taken from books or other sources. Respect copyright.
You are also responsible for checking each paper before you use it: the questions, the answer key, the marks, the totals and the printed result. Check your board's or institute's current rules for paper patterns, as Paper Desk does not claim to follow any official scheme.
Saved papers and backups
Papers are saved only in your browser on your device. If you clear your browser data, switch browser or device, or your device fails, they may be lost, and we cannot recover them. Export important papers as files and keep the backups yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not use Paper Desk to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, and do not try to disrupt the website, overload it, or interfere with its advertising or analytics. Do not put unlawful or abusive material in papers you produce with it.
Advertising
The site is supported by Google ads, which are not under our control. An advertisement is not an endorsement. How cookies and ads work is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
No warranty
We work to make the paper maker correct and the output reliable, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors, that every browser, printer or font will show a paper exactly the same, or that it will always be available. Always look at the preview and a test print before printing a class set.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Paper Desk, its publisher and its developer are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, including lost papers, printing mistakes, wrong marks or totals, or exam problems.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms. Questions: see the contact page.
